| Newsflash! Ecole Margaret Jenkins School was awarded an ArtStarts grant to fund a project called, "Drawing History to Life". The project was facilitated by Art Stars Direct Susan Abrill-Russek. Students Mr. Toleikis's class researched Canadian history and retold it through the dynamic medium of comics. The resulting book, published by Waxbean Press, can be found at the Greater Victoria Public Library. |
